Monthly Quality and Compliance Analysis and Reporting using Power BI
In this impactful workplace endeavor, I undertook the responsibility of reviewing and analyzing daily reports to enhance quality and compliance standards. Leveraging data analysis techniques, pivot charts, and Power BI, I transformed raw data into actionable insights. These insights were then presented through dynamic dashboards to stakeholders, including the organization's owner and vendors, fostering improvement through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and risk assessments.
My role involved a meticulous analysis of daily reports, focusing on key quality and compliance indicators. By applying data manipulation techniques and pivot charts, I extracted valuable patterns and trends from the data. The insights were subsequently integrated into Power BI dashboards, offering stakeholders a real-time, visual representation of quality and compliance performance.
An integral part of this project was the integration of CAPA and risk assessments into the reporting process. By identifying areas of concern and proposing actionable solutions, the dashboard provided a pathway for improvement and risk mitigation, facilitating better decision-making for both internal stakeholders and vendors.
